TopClock Notes 04/03/92
--
TopClock is a Windows clock written in C using Turbo C++
for Windows which will keep itself on the top level without
becoming the active window. It toggles between Time/Date mode
and StopWatch mode with a mouse click, and features Alarm
capability. As well it can be controlled using only the
keyboard.
--
The clock is sensitive to the activity of a user designated
Screen Saver, and will save Colors, Font and other settings
when shut off, reading them in from a small file TopClock.Ini
in the \Windows directory each time (after the first) the clock
is run.
--
TopClock has the capability to be iconized/disabled. This
is handy for those times when you're running CPU/Memory
intensive tasks and don't want the overhead of the clock
code slowing things down even more. Restoring the clock to
normal size re-enables its functionality!
--
TopClock is small, unobtrusive, practical, and, no flashing!
Help screens are available at runtime from TopClock's
Config/Help Dialog, which can be brought up by double
clicking in the left quarter of the clock face.
--
The Demo version of TopClock will run for 1 hour each time it
is invoked. The latest version without the 1 hour Demo limit
can be had by specifying preference of 3.5" or 5.25" floppy
and sending $15 to

Thanks and enjoy!

TopClock.Doc is a one page Word for Windows document which summarizes
how to use TopClock. If you can't print the file don't worry, the first
time you run TopClock the Help/Config Dialog will come up. Subsequently
the Help/Config Dialog can be brought up by double-clicking on the left
side of TopClock's face, or by clicking on TopClock to make it active and
then hitting the F1 or H key.
